DEBRIEF

Overview.

True Industries co-developed Museverse, a Unity-based XR project that reimagines how people experience and learn music, powered by AI. Now live on Meta Quest, it blends gamified lessons, hand tracking, and real instrument feedback through mixed reality. Alongside the experience itself, we built the content operations platform behind it: an admin panel for creating, managing, and securely storing the audio content packs sold through the in-game marketplace.

THE PROBLEM

A VR music studio lives or dies on its content pipeline. Museverse needed a steady flow of audio content packs flowing into its in-game marketplace, but there was no tooling to manage them: no way for administrators to create, update, or retire packs, no secure storage for commercial audio files, and no bridge between the content team and the Beamable-managed marketplace inside the game. Without that layer, every content drop would have been a manual, engineer-driven process: slow, error-prone, and impossible to scale past launch.

HOW WE SOLVED IT

We partnered on two fronts. On the experience side, we co-developed the Unity VR application: architecture, VR interaction, and AI integration. On the operations side, we designed and built the content pack admin panel: a web application where administrators create, modify, and delete content packs without touching code. Audio files are stored securely in AWS S3, and the panel integrates directly with Beamable so packs published by the content team appear in the in-game marketplace. We carried it through testing, error handling, UAT, deployment, and team training, so the client's own staff could run content operations from day one.

OUR ROLE
