Who we are
True Industries, Inc. ("True Industries," "we," "us") operates www.true.industries and related scheduling and intake tools. This policy explains what we collect on those surfaces, why we collect it, and how to reach us about your data.
This is a working policy that matches how the site behaves today. For enterprise procurement or a Data Processing Agreement, email us and we will provide current subprocessors and terms. Site use and experiment IP limits are in the Terms of Use at /terms.
Information we collect
We collect information you submit and limited technical data needed to run the site:
- Contact and intake forms: name, email, phone, company, message, interests, and answers you provide in productized audits or division intakes.
- Scheduling: booking details you enter on schedule.true.industries (TidyCal).
- First-party analytics: event name, page path, referrer, and event properties sent to our /api/track endpoint; A/B experiment assignment cookies.
- Authentication (lab experiments such as Morse): account email and session data when you sign in via our Supabase-backed auth.
- Agent registration (public discovery): agent name, contact email, and optional purpose when an automated client registers via /api/agent/register.
- Technical logs: standard server and edge logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) from our hosting providers.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, deliver audits and proposals, operate experiments, measure site performance and A/B tests, prevent abuse, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.
Processors and sharing
We use service providers to operate the site. Typical processors include:
- Hosting and edge: Vercel and Cloudflare.
- Email delivery: Resend (transactional lead and intake mail to our team).
- Scheduling: TidyCal (bookings on schedule.true.industries).
- Workspace email: Google Workspace.
- Auth and data for gated experiments: Supabase (Breakzone hub project used for ti_web_* / lab auth).
Retention
Lead and intake messages are retained as long as needed for sales follow-up and business records, then deleted or archived according to our internal retention practice. Auth sessions follow Supabase session lifetimes. Server logs are retained per our host defaults unless a longer period is required for security investigation.
Your rights and choices
Email hello@true.industries to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to ask questions about this policy. We will respond within a reasonable period.
If you are in a jurisdiction with additional rights (for example CCPA or GDPR), tell us your location and request type and we will handle it under applicable law.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our processors operate.
Security
We use HTTPS, restrictive browser security headers, and access controls on systems that hold lead data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Report suspected vulnerabilities to the contact in our security.txt.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product and legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
