00 / PORT AUTHORITY
Your game, cleared for console.
Porting, optimization, certification, and submission for Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox. Send a build; get a Port Feasibility Report in 72 hours.
Project-specific references shared on the call.
01 / THE PAIN
When this becomes painful
You shipped on Steam. The reviews are good, the wishlist comments keep asking the same question: "Switch when?" The console revenue is sitting there, but devkits, TRC checklists, and platform-holder process are a different job than making your game.
Every month unported is shelf life you don't get back. And a botched port, with crashes, cert rejections, or a 20fps Switch build, costs more reputation than no port at all.
FIRST 72 HOURS
What we do first
- Review your current build and tech stack
- Produce a Port Feasibility Report: platforms ranked by effort vs return
- Return a cert-risk list, perf red flags, and a timeline estimate per platform

How it works
- 1
Port Feasibility Report (72 hours)
One build → platforms ranked by effort vs return, cert-risk list, perf red flags, timeline estimate.
- 2
Bring-up + weekly milestone builds
Playable on devkit early. Perf numbers and cert checklist status with every milestone.
- 3
Cert & launch signoff
We own submission and resubmission; you get a cleared SKU and a day-1 patch plan.

05 / PROOF
Built like a pipeline, not a project
Shipped ports and project-specific references shared on the feasibility call; we'd rather show work that matches your engine and target platforms.
3 platform families
Switch (incl. Switch 2), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, plus Steam Deck verification
Any engine
Unreal, Unity, and Godot scoped per title; shipped ports include custom-engine titles most porting houses turn down
Cert-first
TRC / XR / Lotcheck checklists tracked per milestone, not bolted on the week before submission
Day-1 ready
Storefronts, ratings, and the patch pipeline prepared before submission, so launch day is a release, not a scramble
Port Authority is backed by a dedicated porting studio with shipped console ports across Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox, including the cert and store-approval gauntlet most teams only fight once. Not a freelancer marketplace; a partner that has already cleared it.
06 / RISKS WE NAME UP FRONT
Risks / Unknowns / What we validate next
- Devkit and account access: Who holds the platform developer accounts changes timeline and ownership; we settle yours-vs-ours in the feasibility call, not mid-project.
- Middleware licensing: Third-party plugins must be licensed and supported per platform. The feasibility report flags every dependency that needs replacing or relicensing.
- Performance ceiling: Switch-class targets can require content changes, not just optimization. If your game needs them, we name them before committing dates.
- Cert timing: Platform review cycles are outside anyone's control. We plan buffer, keep cert checklists green per milestone, and manage resubmissions if they come.
